Q: What do I do if the incident type I need is not available in the list?
If you do not see the incident type you need, you can select --other-- from the dropdown list. This will allow you to type anything you need for the type of incident.
Q: Can I add my own incident types to my list?
This is not something that is currently possible. However it is something we are planning to implement. Meanwhile, you can contact us if you would like something added to the list that is missing.
