Below is a breakdown of your dashboard and what each component is, and what it is used for.
At the top of the dashboard you will see a group of stats.
# Available Departments
This is a count of departments that NOT currently responding to an incident.
# Deployed Departments
This is a count of departments that ARE currently responding to an incident.
# Active Incidents
This is a count of active incidents dispatched by you.
Incidents will be closed when either all departments close the incident, or if you close the incident from dispatch.
# Dispatch Form
This is the form you will use to dispatch incidents to departments or groups of departments.
